These planets were in the axis of ketu and rahu. which is called karmic chakra.

Saturn comes before mercury.
and venus comes after Ketu.

saturn is the near the end of the journey..

venus is just the start of the journey….

collision(ketu) of electrons, cells gives life force(venus) .. which then converts itself to get channelised which takes the away the boundary and reaches saturn.

Venus is the true life, person do not know where he/she can channelise the energy. Venus is no judgement. Its unconditional. Its a chain reaction.

Saturn– is the transformation of energy which was flowing outside in this materialistic world to the energy which flows inside, it has guided the energy to inside world so that it can reach to enlightenment.

Initialjourney of venus is near the bottom chakra, when it activates, it has to be controlled, because it is in uncontrolled state, so we channelise with the help of yoga,pranayam.

so when venus comes with saturn, it is too early for venus to get saturn effect and venus energy feels frustrated, because it just made and it came into the effect of saturn. so these people have some kind of reserve nature.
